Founded in July 1988, Ho Chun Machinery Co. specializes in the development and production of medium-sized bed-type universal milling machines, vertical machining center, and relevant accessories.
At present, the company’s major products are bed-type universal milling machines (including horizontal and vertical types), CNC milling machines (PC-based type), and vertical machining centers. All have to pass strict inspection and testing before shipment, and all of those sold to Europe comply with the CE safety mark.
The company’s most popular bed-type universal milling machines are the UH/U-1250/1000/1600 models that feature 360-degree-rotating head for all-direction machining and are capable of doing 5mm deep heavy-duty machining.
Ho Chun’s HV-1250/1000 bed-type vertical milling machines are equipped with a rigid head for 8mm heavy-duty machining. Their vertical machining centers (including V65, V85, and V110 models) use Meehanite cast iron in three axes with two or four slideways and are capable of doing stable and high-efficiency precision machining.
Thanks to its in-house research and development capability, the company says, it is one of Taiwan’s few manufacturers of universal bed-type milling machines, including non-conventional and automated types, which can focus on a variety of designs and the employment of high-quality materials.
Ho Chun markets its products mainly in Europe (Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Russia, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Oman), Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, and Egypt.
