Founded in Taiwan’s central Taichung County in 1992 by Richard Sung, the Genemax Medical Products Industry Corp. has focused on the design and production of medical and hospital equipment and related items ever since.
The company’s product line includes wheelchairs, walkers, medical beds, rollators, commode chairs, shower benches, rehabilitation equipment, I.V. pole and oxygen tank carts, pedal exercisers, knee scooters, mobility scooters, comfort support chairs, and other home care items. Most of the products are made of metal, plastic, and specially-treated fabrics that are locally sourced and guaranteed to have good quality.
After years of effort in upgrading its manufacturing processes and management, Genemax won its ISO 9001 in 2000 and ISO 13485 certification in 2003. Its products are also FDA (in the U.S.) and CE (Europe) certified.
The company currently markets its products mainly in the U.S., Europe, and Japan, but plans to expand into other regions in the near future.
