Founded in 1987 in Tofen Township, Miaoli County, northern Taiwan, Cheng Hai Oilless Metal Industrial Co. has developed into one of Taiwan’s leading suppliers of powder-metallurgical parts. The company is going all-out to forge long-term business relationships with its customers through product development and enhancement, and has succeeded in exporting its high-quality products to global markets including Japan, the United States, Ireland, Germany, India, Pakistan, and Hong Kong.
Cheng Hai has expanded at a stable and methodical pace ever since its birth. From 1991 to 2009 it set up a subsidiary in Thailand and another in China, achieved BSMI ISO9001 and TS16949 certification, and constantly installed advanced machinery. Today, its well-equipped facilities include 5~200-ton compacting machines, 15~40-ton sizing machines, sintering machines, steam-treating machines, and a variety of innovative testing instruments, enabling it to offer a wide variety of precise and non-standardized made-to-order items.
The main product line currently encompasses gears, oil-impregnated bearings, and parts/components for locks, power/hand tools, vehicular equipment, oil pumps, quick-release joints, and sewing machines, among others.
