Tsan Hsin’s hydraulic broaching machines are employed in a wide range of manufacturing industries, including those turning out automotive parts (gear wheels, keyways, braking systems), bicycle components, boast (propellers and rudders), computer parts (heat sinks), exercise and recreational equipment (paintball guns), and hand tools (open-end wrenches and screws).
With the strong support of its clients, over the past few years the company has upgraded to the development of high-quality broaching machines with sophisticated designs that enhance their practical application and make their performance even more outstanding.
The CE Mark-certified company has developed a wide variety of internal- and external-type broaching machines, the most popular models of which include the TH-3X600, TH-5X1000, and TH-7.5X1300 (internal type), and TH800X235 and TH-1000X350 (external type).
Tsan Hsin is capable of rolling out a newly ordered machine in just 60 to 120 days after receiving the order.
The company currently exports 70% of output with the remainder going to domestic market. Its major clients include Stanley of the U.S., BETA of Italy, NRH of the U.S., EXEDY of Japan, and the Taiwan-based Paragon Machinery Co., HOTA Industrial Mfg. Co., and Right Way Industrial Co.
