Established back in 1968, Jin Yi Cherng Precision Co., Ltd. has established a solid reputation among international customers for its continuous efforts to improve product quality. To deal with a growing influx of orders and expand its marketing network, the firm set up its first overseas plant and distribution center in Dongguan, China in 1998, and built a second one in Taicang, Jiangsu Province in 2003. The company specializes in manufacturing a variety of precision micro motor shafts which with super-finish and roundness that effectively reduce the noise caused by motor operation. These products pass strict testing and are used in AC/DC motors and other industry-oriented and computer-related products.
Jin Yi Cherng has imported high-precision processing equipment from Switzerland and Germany for the professional production of extra-small needle pins with outside diameter of 0.5mm and 2.5mm & up in length. These products are made of high-carbon steel, bearing steel/tool steel, or stainless steel; they have a hardness that can reach 62 degrees of HRC after hardening heat treatment, and boast Ra0.05 in roughness of ends after high-speed grinding. The needle pins meet international standards for abrasion resistance, roughness, and roundness, and can be used in roller pins of linear guideways and cylindrical roller bearings.
The processing precision of the needle pins is as follows: 0.005mm~0.01mm in verticality, 0.005mm~0.01mm in parallelism, 0.006~0.01 mm in tolerance of length, and Ra0.05~0.2 in roughness of ends.
Jin Yi Cherng’s employees go all-out to achieve the highest product quality and improve machinery automation.
