U-Tel Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, has released a number of striking LED lamps, including the dimmable MR16, AR111, and PAR38, along with downlights and light bulbs.
The company rolled out the 10W LED MR16 in 2009 and a dimmable 9W MR16 in 2013, with the 10W lamp designed to replace the 50W halogen MR16 and the 9W lamp integrating Nichia Corp.’s LEDs. The 9W MR16 generates 98 lumens per watt.
The company provides LED lamps that deliver color temperatures ranging from the warm white 2700K to the cool white 6500K, with a color rendering index (CRI) of 80 to 90-plus.
U-Tel’s AC12V LED MR16 can work with traditional AC transformers and dimmers, eliminating the need to buy dedicated products.
Other advantages offered by the company’s lamps are a patented circuit design featuring no electrolytic capacitors and an all-aluminum die-cast thermal module. The devices elevate the reliability and lifespan of the lamps by a considerable amount.
Next year, U-Tel plans to release a 9W LED MR16 and a 30W LED PAR38 delivering a cool-white 5500K light that emulates full-spectrum sunlight with a CRI above 90, making it suitable for various applications including horticultural lighting.
