All finished products undergo strict tests using a variety of in-house inspection equipment including high-resolution comparators, 2.5D comparators, precision micrometers, digital height gauges, pin gauges, and tread plug gauges.
HCT is able to apply a variety of materials in its production processes, such as brass, copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and POM (Polyoxymethylene), depending on customers’ needs. It can also draw on its own experience and know-how to help customers speed up their R&D processes with product analysis and professional consultancy in material selection, and can provide all-around services from manufacturing to surface treatment and assembly.
